The TRP EVO PRO HD-M9040 is TRP's flagship hydraulic disc brake, built from the ground up with direct input from World Cup downhill athletes. It runs a high-flow 4-piston caliper optimized specifically for TRP's industry-leading 2.3mm thick rotors, giving it a serious thermal advantage over thinner-rotor setups. The result is a brake that stays consistent and fade-free even after repeated heavy braking on long, punishing descents.

The completely redesigned lever is where the EVO PRO really steps up from its DH-R EVO predecessor. A new Pad Activation Dial (PAD) lets riders fine-tune the bite point anywhere in the lever stroke, while the reach adjuster dials in blade position to match any hand size, and both adjustments are tool-free with satisfying tactile clicks. The stiff 5.0mm hose is optimized for internal routing, better hydraulic pressure transfer, and improved thermal stability.

The Black/Gold colorway is the EVO PRO's signature look, a bold, race-ready aesthetic that matches the attitude of the brake itself. Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Apparel and shoes are not eligible for return once they have been shipped out.

We accept returns if the item is eligible for a warranty claim or if the wrong item was shipped to you. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@reevolution.sg and send the item to 16 Morse Road, #01-209, Singapore 099228.

  3. We'll inspect your item and email you once it's received.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. For valuable items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can't be responsible for returns we don't receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. A refund will also be issued if an item turns out to be out of stock after your order is placed. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
