The TRP EVO Pro HD-M9040 is the left-hand lever and caliper from TRP's flagship hydraulic disc brake system, built specifically for riders who need serious, fade-free stopping power on steep and demanding terrain. Developed in close collaboration with World Cup downhill athletes and built on the legendary DH-R EVO platform, this brake pushes harder and digs deeper than anything TRP has made before. It is purpose-built for TRP's industry-leading 2.3mm thick rotors, which stay flatter, run cooler, and resist fade far better than standard 1.8mm rotors.

The forged and CNC-machined 4-piston caliper is engineered with high-flow oil channels for fast, consistent bite whether you are on your third lap of the bike park or grinding out a long enduro stage. The Pad Activation Dial lets you fine-tune modulation and bite point to exactly how you like it, and the lever reach adjuster means riders of any hand size can dial in their setup. The 5.0mm hydraulic hose is stiff enough for precise pressure transfer and routes cleanly for an internal or external setup.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Apparel and shoes are not eligible for return once they have been shipped out.

We accept returns if the item is eligible for a warranty claim or if the wrong item was shipped to you. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@reevolution.sg and send the item to 16 Morse Road, #01-209, Singapore 099228.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. For valuable items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can't be responsible for returns we don't receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. A refund will also be issued if an item turns out to be out of stock after your order is placed. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
