Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Apparels and shoes are not eligible for returns once they have been shipped out. We only accept returns if the item is eligible for a warranty claim or if the wrong item has been shipped to you.
