Change is inevitable. Transition was designed to change the perception of how an enduro/gravity clip shoe should connect with the pedal. A wide and unobtrusive cleat box provides instant engagement and uncompromising security on any clip pedal. The tapered and serrated “toe-shaped” PowerDrive shank delivers engineered stiffness with impressive power transfer. Transition features a weather resistant but breathable welded upper with D3O® protection in the medial collar, while a custom-molded toe cap and heel protection have you covered in the most technically challenging conditions.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Apparels and shoes are not eligible for returns once they have been shipped out. We only accept returns if the item is eligible for a warranty claim or if the wrong item has been shipped to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Returns Shipping

To return your product, you should bring or mail your item to: 16 Morse Road, #209, Singapore 099228. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible if we do not receive your returned item.

Refunds will only be issued if the item is out of stock after the transaction is made. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
