Renthal built its reputation making bombproof cockpit components for MX and MTB, and the Revo-F flat pedal brings that same obsessive build quality to where your feet meet the bike. The forged and CNC-machined 6061 aluminium body is concave in two directions, front-to-rear and side-to-side, locking your foot into the platform instead of just sitting on top of it. At 100mm x 104mm with a slim 18.5mm profile, it strikes a solid balance between a usable surface area and sneaking past trail debris.
Ten screw-through pins per side are arranged in an asymmetrical pattern to maximise the usable platform, and pin height is adjustable from 2.5mm to 5.5mm in 1mm increments, so you can dial grip to match your shoes, style, and how rowdy the trail gets. Chamfered leading edges let the pedal glance off rocks rather than catch on them, while the internals, three outboard cartridge bearings plus a wide Igus bushing, are sealed with full-contact lip seals and O-ring end caps to shrug off mud and water.
What really sets the Revo-F apart is Renthal's patent-pending axle system, which lets you fully service the pedal at home using only standard hex keys, a socket, and a mallet. No specialist tools, no excuses for skipping maintenance. These are built to last and built to be looked after, which is exactly what you'd expect from a brand that supplies OEM parts to top-tier MX manufacturers.
