Replacement spindle kit for Race Face Chester platform pedals, includes both left and right axles as a pair.

The spindle is the steel axle that threads into the crank arm and carries the pedal body. Over time, impacts, crashes, or general wear can bend or damage the axle to the point where the pedal no longer spins smoothly or sits true. This kit is the correct replacement for Race Face Chester platform pedals, and is also compatible with the Race Face Ride pedal according to Race Face's own product listing.

The kit is sold as a matched left and right pair, so both axles are replaced at once. The left and right spindles are not interchangeable, as the left spindle carries a distinctive groove near the threads to aid correct identification during installation. Race Face's service documentation recommends greasing the full axle surface before insertion and using the correct nut for each side.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Apparel and shoes are not eligible for return once they have been shipped out.

We accept returns if the item is eligible for a warranty claim or if the wrong item was shipped to you. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@reevolution.sg and send the item to 16 Morse Road, #01-209, Singapore 099228.

How to return an item

  3. We'll inspect your item and email you once it's received.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. For valuable items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can't be responsible for returns we don't receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. A refund will also be issued if an item turns out to be out of stock after your order is placed. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
