Galfer brings with its new and innovative Shark Disc® the most perfect MTB brake disc of our time on the market. Through the innovative production process, with the help of a laser cutter, the optimal design for best possible performance is achieved. One of the most important unique selling points are the internal Shark Fins (cooling fins), which give the disc its name: Shark Disc®.

In the interaction of the Fins with the many small holes in the disc, heat generation can be reduced while the outer wave design and the side openings allow a strong and consistent braking performance.

Features:

  • Higher braking power: the design of the Shark Disc® allows braking with less pressure and therefore less effort even in fatiguing conditions. This results in a 5-10% higher braking performance under normal conditions.
  • More stability: even in the most adverse temperature conditions (steep descents, high-speed tracks, high outside temperature and high weight), the Shark Disc® maintains a stable and consistent performance. The design is adapted to the different disc diameters to achieve the same stiffness in each case.
  • Lower heat generation: the Shark Disc® drastically reduces operating temperature - by 30% compared to similar brake discs on the market - and is manufactured in one piece to achieve better performance.
  • Reduced brake pad wear: under common conditions, brake pad life is 25-40% longer.
  • Lower weight: the Shark Disc® is lighter than most high-end brake discs on the market - thanks to the optimized design of both the rotor and the mount.
  • For e-bikes: integrated magnetic mount for speed sensors in the brake disc.

Best brake rotor so far. I paired them with TRP dh evo caliper and they works great!

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Apparels and shoes are not eligible for returns once they have been shipped out. We only accept returns if the item is eligible for a warranty claim or if the wrong item has been shipped to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Returns Shipping

To return your product, you should bring or mail your item to: 16 Morse Road, #209, Singapore 099228. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
