Pedal kickback is the silent suspension killer, and the e*thirteen Sidekick Pro Rear Hub is the cure. Its proprietary freehub mechanism fully decouples the drivetrain from the rear wheel when coasting, while a tool-free adjustable deadband filters chain vibration and kickback before it ever reaches the pedals. The result is suspension that moves freely, traction that stays planted, and a ride that feels faster and less exhausting on rough ground.

The Pro steps up the internals with EZO bearings in the driver, TPX bearings in the shell, and nickel-plated steel pawls and pusher for reduced friction and long-term durability. Freewheeling drag is slashed by at least 55% compared to competing hubs in controlled tests, and the near-silent operation means you hear your tires on the trail, not your hub. Dial the deadband to 9 degrees for snappy climbing engagement, or open it up to 13 or 18 degrees when you want maximum anti-kickback performance on the descents.

Built to Boost 148x12mm spec with a 28-hole lacing pattern and XD driver compatibility, this hub is ready to anchor a proper trail or enduro build. The 17mm alloy axle keeps the package at a trim 300g, the 6-bolt disc mount plays nice with most rotors, and the dual black and sterling silver anodized finish looks sharp laced up in any wheelset. ASTM 5 rated at 150kg, e-MTB compatible, fully rebuildable, and backed by a 10-year warranty.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Apparel and shoes are not eligible for return once they have been shipped out.

We accept returns if the item is eligible for a warranty claim or if the wrong item was shipped to you. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@reevolution.sg and send the item to 16 Morse Road, #01-209, Singapore 099228.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. For valuable items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can't be responsible for returns we don't receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. A refund will also be issued if an item turns out to be out of stock after your order is placed. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
