The e*thirteen Sidekick Pro decouples your drivetrain from your suspension so your bike can actually do its job on the rough stuff.

Pedal kickback is the silent suspension killer on full-suspension bikes, and the e*thirteen Sidekick Pro Rear Hub is built specifically to eliminate it. By fully decoupling the drivetrain from the rear wheel during coasting, the hub lets the suspension move freely without fighting chain tension. The result is more active, more predictable suspension performance on chunky trails, chunder, and anything else you point your wheel at.

The Pro takes the core Sidekick concept and dials it up with upgraded internals: EZO + TPX bearings, nickel-plated pawls and pusher, and a 17mm alloy axle that's ASTM 5 rated at 150kg. At 300g for the Boost 148mm version, this is not a hub that makes compromises. Freewheeling drag comes in at least 55% lower than competing hubs in controlled tests, and the near-silent operation means you'll hear your tires gripping the trail, not a racket from your hub.

The tool-free deadband adjustment gives you three settings: 9°, 13°, and 18°. Dial it tight for snappy climbing engagement, or open it up wide to maximize anti-kickback performance on technical descents. Compatible with XD and Microspline drivers out of the box, available in 28h and 32h spoke configurations, and backed by a 10-year warranty with lifetime bearing coverage. It's fully rebuildable and designed for the long haul, including a stint on your e-MTB.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Apparel and shoes are not eligible for return once they have been shipped out.

We accept returns if the item is eligible for a warranty claim or if the wrong item was shipped to you. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@reevolution.sg and send the item to 16 Morse Road, #01-209, Singapore 099228.

  3. We'll inspect your item and email you once it's received.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. For valuable items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can't be responsible for returns we don't receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. A refund will also be issued if an item turns out to be out of stock after your order is placed. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
